Machines for sheet metal - hand machines: hand folding machines - type MB

The MB range of folders are easy to operate, light, manual machines particularly suited for the folding of thin sheet metals.

The machines are offered with three types of clamping bars:

L - low 45°,
H - high/narrow and
S - high segment-divided.

It is easy to demount the underframe for transportation or for bench mounting.

The models MB-L and MB-OL are machines which are suited to standard straight folding operations, and because of their low clamping beams, are ideal for channel sections, and Z-profiles.

Optional equipment: Back-gauge, radius blade R=2.5 mm and fittings for bench mounting.

The MB models are offered in 650 mm, 1050 mm and 1350 mm sizes. The MB-L is also available as a 2020 mm model, and as a special light duty MB-0L model for 1030 mm thin sheets.

The MB-H models with their high clamping beam are ideally suited for jobs where tall channels or narrow profiles need to be produced. Optional equipment: back-gauge, radius blades and a bench mounting kit. The MB-H is also offered as the special MB-0 1030 mm model, for working in thinner sheets. The MB-0 is particularly suited to auto-repair shops or air-conditioning industry.

The MB-S models are fitted with removable segments on the clamping beam for box and pan work, or special profiles.
