Machines for sheet metal - hand machines: hand folding machines - type HS Superflex

The Superflex range of folding machines are a new generation of sheet folders with segment-divided clamp, bed and fold bars for folding materials in inverse directions, enabling special profiles to be formed. The Superflex machines are of a sturdy and fully welded construction. Foot-operated control of the clamp bar ensures extremely fast and simple operation, and allows both hands to be kept free for adjustment of the material being folded. The segments can be used from 25 mm width up to the full working length, with 5 mm increments. A newly developed quick release system for the clamp beam segments now ensures fast inter-changeability. The folding beams are fitted with a counter-balance and angle stop to provide a perfect and effortless operation within the full capacity of the machine. If required, the optional back-gauge can be easily mounted using the pre-drilled fixing points.
