2. If there is a potential warranty issue, we want to know about it quickly and handle it efficiently. The on-line IPD Warranty Submission is available to all IPD Customers. A claim number will be assigned along with a return e-mail instructing how to proceed
3. IPD Support does not end with the parts sale. IPD's Technical Support Group is available to answer questions via phone, fax or on-line
